Sea2See: Sustainable clip-ons

A collection of clip-on frame fronts have been launched in a range of seven styles

A collection of clip-on frame fronts have been launched by sustainable eyewear brand Sea2See in a range of seven new styles.

Models Adriatica, Alba, Cortex, Formentera, Giorgio, Ibiza and Palma are spectacles designed with comfort and lightness in mind and are sold with a clip-on to change the model from optical to sun. Sea2See has created the clips using recycled marine plastic, which are attached using four magnetic inserts to provide a secure and stable fit.

François van den Abeele, founder and CEO at Sea2See, said: ‘We have also allowed for extra flexibility at the temples, reducing the pressure on the fronts and thereby making sure the clip remains straight and totally stable on the frames.’

Frame and clip colours are paired, such as with Giorgio, which is a rectangular, men’s frame with a matching polarised clip in Havana matt.
