Sightcare announces keynote speakers for its conference
Sightcare has announced the line-up of keynote speakers for its interactive two-day business and networking conference for independent opticians.
Held at the Telford International Centre on September 15-16, the conference’s theme will be ‘Powering Change.’
Keynote speakers include: Penny Power, founder of Ecademy and pioneer behind LinkedIn; Alan Giles, associate fellow at Said Business School at the University of Oxford; and Linda Moir, who led the customer service strategy during the London 2012 Olympics.
Sightcare chief executive John French said the conference will focus on the ‘need to continue to adapt and strengthen customer service and relationships.’
