Fulham-based optical practice The Eye Studio won Best Independent Retailer of the Year 2017 at the Hammersmith and Fulham Brilliant Business Awards last month.
It collected the prize on November 15 at Hammersmith Town Hall, with judges impressed by its retail strategy in ‘a very residential area’.
The Eye Studio managing director Andrew Harman said: ‘Winning this award is so exciting for us. It’s incredibly gratifying to be recognised in a category that reflects our expertise as a retailer, as well as providing excellent healthcare.
‘We love our work, and we love our community, so we could not be more excited to have won an award that encapsulates both.’
