Topcon raises £10,000 for VAO over Optrafair

Topcon raised nearly £10,000 for Vision Aid Overseas during Optrafair where it made a donation for every purchase on its stand.

The technology giant had a range of activities on offer from its cluster of five stands and involvement in the main seminar programme. During the three days of the show the Topcon University offered 60 CET points with lectures such as Eye Nutritional Supplements Fact or Fiction from Dr Scott Mackie, Vitreo Retinal OCT Case Study with Nicholas Rumney, Anterior Segment and Contact Lenses by Brian Tompkins along with OCT discussion workshops.

Sunday’s keynote lecture saw Dr Carl Glittenberg discuss New Highlights in Swept Source OCT Imaging and Angiography, which was also sponsored by the firm.
