Visioneering Technologies Inc holds myopia management meeting in London
Visioneering Technologies Inc (VTI) held a myopia management meeting in London last week.
The keynote speaker was Dr Tom Aller, who shared data on the myopia epidemic and his own experiences and data from managing myopia over the past 30 years. Three UK optometrists also shared their initial experiences fitting VTI’s NaturalVue lens.
Nick Atkins, director of professional services and marketing for Positive Impact, VTI’s UK distribution partner, said: ‘We now know that myopic kids don’t have to become just another statistic for high myopia with the inherent risks of pathology that brings. So, we were pleased so many practitioners attended our event and delighted the feedback rating for the seminar was 100% excellent or very good.’
