Blackfin launches new range Lamina Plus for its spring-summer 2017 collection

Italian eyewear manufacturer Blackfin has launched new range Lamina Plus for its spring-summer 2017 collection.

The four frame range will for the first time combine Blackfin’s titanium construction with ultra-thin cellulose acetate eye-rims.

Feminine models Glen Cove BF91 and Searose BF792 feature contrasting colours of temples and eye-rims, including mocha or pale pink with dark grey and green.

Men’s model Bremen BF973 offers a more muted palette of grey, dark tortoiseshell and blue.

All frames have super-flexible temples with patented Swordfish temple tips which feature a break-off guide making them easy to shorten.

In contrast to similar frame designs, the prescription lenses can be inserted without the need to remove the acetate rings.

From now on, the moniker, Plus, will be used by Blackfin in all of its ranges where the deluxe hallmark titanium is combined with other materials.
