XEyeX has experienced record growth in the last year

Optical software management company XEyeX has experienced record growth in the last year after assessing its business and planned to create four new jobs in 2021.

The Lanarkshire-based company carried out a marketing review and updated its key messaging and promotional marketing activity.

By implementing a new strategy during the pandemic, XEyeX increased its monthly optometry subscription by 8% over the first three months of lockdown in 2020.

New employees would be split across data migration, customer support, as well as learning and development.

Grant Cardwell, director and co-founder of XEyeX, said: ‘We are confident, despite the challenges to the economy from the pandemic, that XEyeX will continue to grow throughout 2021.’
