A suite of digital tools and devices has been developed and launched by Carl Zeiss UK.

Zeiss Digital Solutions aims to improve patient experience while increasing revenue for practitioners. It will provide consultation, recommendation, dispensing and ordering options for Zeiss lenses in a ‘streamlined process’.

It is a response to the growing levels of digitisation in the UK market and changes in the expectations of patients and practitioners.

The digital suite has modes for pre, during and post consultation that both inform patients about their vision needs and factors that may be impacting them, as well as directing them towards Zeiss products and outlets.

It also features tracking tools for Zeiss orders and a web-based portal where practitioners can access more tools to be used in business management.
