Darren Hargreaves joins Carl Zeiss Meditec UK as clinical applications specialist
In response to a growing portfolio of ophthalmic imaging equipment, Carl Zeiss Meditec UK has created the role of clinical applications specialist, which has been taken up by Darren Hargreaves.
The company said Hargreaves, who has more than 20 years’ experience as an ophthalmic imager, brought a wealth of knowledge in the fields of OCT and photography with imaging roles at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital.
Claire Martin, UK business manager for ophthalmic diagnostics, said: ‘It’s a great pleasure to welcome Darren to the Zeiss team, supporting our expanding range of ophthalmic diagnostic technology. He will be able to offer invaluable insights to our customers from a clinical perspective.’
