As we approach the latter months of the current CET cycle, just a reminder that we have extended the availability of the two current distance learning interactive CET exercises until the end of this month. Plenty of time yet, then, for hearty discussion on cataract management and myopia intervention.

A few months ago, we ran a story about the formation of a new optometry group in Greece (penned by an ex-City student). The feature included a call for any not-too-out-of- date textbooks from you all out there. If you missed this, and have some gems you are happy to offload to help education in an area still reeling from economic crisis, then please send or drop them off to the Optician office address. We will make sure those received by the end of August will get to Greece safely.
