View from ABDO: We have a busy year ahead

Happy New Year! I hope 2018 brings you whatever you wish for, as well as health, happiness and enjoyment in what you do.

There is always a flurry of activity within ABDO at this time of year. For our membership services department it is one of their busiest times of the year processing renewals, especially with an ever increasing number of DOs, this is a big job. Examinations and Registration are busy too, with the winter session of practical exams being held in early January and all the associated administration that exams sessions demand.

Our regional leads and sub-leads will be setting up work streams to represent ABDO at every available opportunity and our National Clinical Committee will develop projects from 2017 which have yet to be completed.
