The conference has been planned to focus on differentiation and the customer experience with 16 guest speakers.
An exhibition is being held across the event, featuring more than 40 optical suppliers and support organisations for small businesses and independent practice owners, as well as workshops on maximising profit and frame styling. The two keynote speakers booked are Kevin Byrne, chief executive and founder of Checkatrade, and Josephine Fairley, co-founder of Green & Black’s.
