When a healthcare internet posting gets 394 views in less than a month it can just about be described as going viral.
The anonymously posted video 'Blooper member services' features a virtual patient Mrs Smith and appears to poke fun at healthcare firm Bupa.
Bupa has stressed that recent changes to its own cataract referral process (News 10.08.12) would not impact customers and were needed to keep its health insurance affordable to members.
Blooper could not be reached for comment.
