What retinal disease is shown in the image above?

The OCT image above is of a 58 year old female patient who has been visually asymptomatic, with good vision. She now reports a sudden loss of vision affecting the upper centre field, which is confirmed with testing to confrontation.  Snellen visual acuity is 6/24, no improvement with pin hole.
