Case 1
What chorio/retinal disease is shown in the image (Figure 1)?
A 34-year-old male patient attends your practice complaining of three-day history of blurred vision, reporting a dark patch within his central vision, with decreased colour perception and images appearing small. His symptoms worsened in the last day. Snellen visual acuity is 6/12 and visual symptoms can be improved with increasing hyperopic correction.
