Last spring and summer, we ran a series aimed at helping those wishing to develop their skills in paediatric assessment to gain confidence in this rewarding area of practice. The series looked at the advantages and benefits of developing skills in assessing and managing children, looked at the sort of equipment that might be worth investing in, and then took an initial look at some case management. Optician will be running a more advanced series on paediatrics and binocular vision next autumn. In the meantime, here are the answers to the first series’ exercise.
