From March 21 to 31, Optician Online hosted a financial survey asking questions regarding tax, company dividends and bonuses and the reimbursement of personal costs. Almost 1,000 questionnaires were opened, 593 of which were completed. Of these, 259 were identified as being proprietors ('owner/partner' or 'director') of their optical practice.
