That's OK. I welcome discussion and debate. And I'm thick-skinned enough to ignore those who want to make it offensively personal (usually those hiding behind pseudonyms on forums).

There's a good reason I'm pushing the industry to talk about independent practices and how to grow them. The cynics would say it's because I own a business that sells growth and marketing services to practice owners. Well, yes, that's true and that business is very important to me. You can't blame any business owner for investing their time and energy into something they want to continue to be successful.
