Continued overall improvement sustains the positive mood

Total turnover increased by almost 2 per cent on last month which is a 12 per cent increase on April last year, although annual growth is still negative, the figure has improved to -3 per cent.
Turnover per eye examination, having increased by £8.69 in March this year to £144.60, has shown a small decrease of 2 per cent in April of £2.66. However, this is £10 higher than April 2009.
