Frames: A keen eye for sports

Optician presents some of the sports eyewear that will help keep patients active this year

Roadsense is sports eyewear specialist Evil Eye’s keynote launch for 2023. This new model is said to protect the eyes against disruptive influences so that athletes solely view what really counts; their sport. The full-rim glasses screen off the athlete’s field of vision to remove any distractions and, thanks to the vision advantage PC lens filters, the eyes enjoy special protection against dirt, rain, wind and insects.

A wide range of adjustment options enable athletes to adjust Roadsense to the shape of their head. Included in the range are two different sizes, a nose pad with two settings, a three-stage adjustment for the temple positions, and a special traction-grip structure on the temple tips. The shield of the Roadsense is cylindrical and, according to Evil Eye, fully on-trend.
