Practice management systems

Most practices have a form of a customer relationship management system, known in the industry as practice management software. However, not all practices actually use these systems to gather and store key information on what patients need in terms of products and services. A practice may be proud of its huge patient base, but it is those organisations that delve into the patient database to retrieve the dynamically changing information about their patients that will succeed.
