Ella McCormack, group manager at Bainbridge Bespoke Opticians, says winning an Optician Award in recognition of the practice’s hard work is an honour.
‘We were absolutely over the moon to be named Contact Lens Practice of the Year. We knew that we were up against some mighty fierce competition, so it came as a complete surprise to us to win,’ she tells Optician.
Judges noted the West Midlands-based independent’s innovative approach to contact lens care, identifying an opportunity to better serve its local community, and for a clear strategy in managing drop-outs.
