Optrafair London’s broad range of exhibitors in the frame sector gave buyers all over Europe the opportunity to purchase products to suit every practice need. The event has always worked to the brief of providing something for everybody and its debut in the capital was no different.
The recent key eyewear trends on show at the major European trade exhibitions have been thinly bevelled acetate, combinations of materials and use of brighter colours. On the whole, the UK market tends to be more conservative than those of mainland Europe and the trends tend to be interpreted slightly differently over here, with subtle elements of each finding their way into collections.
