Over the coming months Optician aims, each week, to highlight an optical practice. We are interested in finding out a little more about your practice; its history, patient base, staff, services and anything you feel makes it stand out or summarises its particular character.

If you would like your practice featured, please fill out the following sections and return to me along with up to 3 high resolution images of your practice ( including frontage) or staff and we shall endeavour to include your practice in this series.
