Following last year’s series of hopefully interesting patients from the sleepy backwater that is West Wales, this autumn I will again delve into my little black book of recent cases that highlight how we use the enhanced services available to us in Wales. The aim is to show how we can work closely with our secondary care colleagues in trying to manage patients as much as possible in primary care.
