Belfast healthcare group 3fivetwo has acquired the Sweeney Opticians eye care and audiology portfolio of four practices.
The acquisition marked the latest in 3fivetwo’s expansion, which has seen the group invest £3.5m in Kingsbridge Private Hospital in Belfast and purchase St Joseph's Hospital in Sligo, reported the Belfast Telegraph.
Sweeney Opticians patients in need of either eye or ear surgery will be treated at Kingsbridge following the deal.
