ABDO issues new range of leaflets

The Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO) has released a new range of leaflets for practitioners to give out to patients.

The leaflets have been created by members of the National Clinical Committee (NCC) and the titles include: Food and eye health, Looking after your child's eyes, Looking after your eyes, Your eyes in your 40s and Low vision.

ABDO vice president and chair of the NCC Jo Holmes said: ‘Providing good information for patients on a range of topics is vital and we hope that this new series of bright and colourful leaflets provide clear simple advice in an easy to read format. We are delighted with how many members have requested leaflets to keep in practice and who have downloaded copies of the information for patients since the leaflets were released.’
