The Association for Independent Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians (AIO) has finalised the CPD programme for its upcoming AIO Conference at Chesford Grange on October 5-6 and extended its early bird discount to September 16.
Latest additions to the programme included a peer review on ‘Multifocal contact lens fitting’, discussion workshop on ‘Preparing your patient for cataract surgery’, and lectures entitled ‘An introduction to neuro optometry’ and ‘Sports eyewear’.
A total of 28 CPD sessions would take place over the two days with all domains and formats for registered practitioners covered within the programme and five peer review sessions, including one specifically for independent prescribing.
