Alcon announces new nationwide training days

Alcon has announced the dates for its Presbyopia education days, which will take place at the Alcon academy in Surrey and at other venues across the country.

Completion of the course, designed primarily for optometrists and contact lens opticians, will earn those participating eight CET points. Although dispensing opticians are also able to obtain five points through attending.

Alcon is working with the UK and Irish Schools of Optometry to take the day ‘on the road for the first time’, with new dates available at venues in Dublin, Plymouth, Manchester and Ulster.
