Alcon was promoting its Dailies Total 1 daily disposable contact lens at the College of Optometrists annual conference this week. The lens is described as the first water gradient contact lens, featuring an increase in water content from core to surface, and is expected to be released in early April.
Alcon also announced this week that the European Commission has approved its Jetrea intravitreal injection in the EU for the treatment of vitreomacular traction (VMT).
