'Ask the experts' link

Primary Health Net has teamed up with Norville Optical to offer an 'Ask the experts' service on its LOC portal website.

The panel of seven experts will be available, from January 26, to answer questions on a range of clinical, dispensing, technical and business topics. Questions can be posed by anyone registered on the free-access Opchat system and those using the secure LOC website hosted on www.primaryhealthnet.com.

Charles Greenwood, PHN director, said any optical question could be posed and the panel of experts would respond. He also hoped other practitioners would respond with their personal experiences. Questions and answers will be archived so the service will build into a powerful resource over time, he said.
