At their peak

Optician's Triathlon Team of optometrists and dispensing opticians has completed one of the toughest endurance events in the world, the Alpe d'Huez Triathlon in France.

The long-distance event required competitors to swim 2.2km in open water, cycle 115km over three epic climbs and run 21.3km at altitude.

The team has already raised £3,200 for Vision Aid Overseas and has been supported by Rupp+Hubrach, BBGR, Transitions and Essilor.
