Autumnal metals

Manufactured by hand in the French Jura region, Andy Wolf’s new frames for this autumn present three new styles which prominently feature thick metal rims and graceful colourways.

The frames do not look heavy on-face since their thickness is used to create depth in the frames rather than width; monochrome burnished metal colour options and matte blacks are available alongside elegant two-tone offerings which make use of the deep frames.

One such frame is 4758 C which uses the interplay of matte black and glossy gold. The gold is shadowed by dyed matte black metal at the front of the strong square rims, the exterior of the temples and the temple tips while a thin, straight metal brow-bar provides a finishing accent.
