Bayfields acquires three practices

Bayfields has acquired three practices

Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists has acquired three independent optical practices as part of its UK-wide expansion, following investment from BGF.

Warwickshire-based independent Gohil and Grey, Pendleburys in Maidstone and Cooper & Leatherbarrow in Barnard Castle have all become part of the Bayfields group.

Gohil and Grey shared the news on Instagram and told followers that it would be working hard behind the scenes to introduce changes to the practice.

Angie Burgoyne, practice manager at Gohil and Grey, said: ‘Over the last year, we’ve been searching for a partner to take us to the next level. Someone who understands the need for outstanding service, as well as making life better for both your family and ours. Becoming part of Bayfields will allow us to expand our team and services, and ensure we continue to offer the best service.’
