Bayfields appoints director

Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists has appointed Claire Hickling to the role of people director and tasked her with creating a ‘world-class’ employee journey.

Hickling will develop the optical practice’s brand and values using her 27 years of experience in HR at companies including Mabey Hire, Advanced Supply Chain and Modern Milkman.

‘I want to look at all the things that make working for Bayfields special and elevate them even more because providing the very best service for our clients starts with happy, engaged employees.
