Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists has increased its total number of practices and taken several steps toward doubling in size by 2023 after it completed three acquisitions.
The independent group, which has been backed by investment group BGF, acquired two practices in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire and one in London.
Bayfields has taken its total number of practices to 22, which was in line with reaching 30 by the end of the year and 40 by 2023.
