Next week's BLCA clinical conference and exhibition will showcase and discuss some of the next generation of contact lens products - including water gradient silicone hydrogel lenses, new packaging solutions and the effects of ocular UV damage.
One of the most eagerly anticipated product launches will be the Menicon Magic 'flat pack' daily disposable CL. Launched under the Magic guise in Japan last year, the global brand name of the flat pack is yet to be announced, but delegates will get a chance to see whether it matches its billing as the world's flattest and most compact contact lens pack.
