​Specsavers Bellshill receives visit from football players in local team

Specsavers Bellshill was visited by two football players from local team Bellshill Athletic FC to offer their support for children’s sports goggles.

Team captain Callum Nolan, club captain Lee Nichol and club secretary Brian Closs went to the Scottish practice, which stocks sports goggles that allow children to see while playing contact sports and not cause any damage to their glasses.

Specsavers Bellshill store director, Douglas Waugh said: ‘We understand that any active lifestyle or hobby can make wearing glasses a challenge. So, by introducing our customers to these sports goggles, both children and adults alike can find a safe and secure way to protect their vision while exercising in any way, shape or form.’
