The 1950s-inspired Betty Barclay frame collection from Orange Eyewear has added 11 new models to its range, which was launched at Optrafair in April this year.

With 19 existing styles, the collection has been boosted with three metals and eight acetates, designed to complement the Betty Barclay clothing range.

Characterised by bright, warm colours such as fresh green and caramel and laser patterning on the temples, the frames are designed specifically for the 'image-conscious woman aged between 35 and 65 and can accommodate progressive lenses'.

Orange Eyewear is also taking orders for the 2006 Betty Barclay sunglass range available from January. Five new 'eminently affordable' styles bring the total to 18, each in a choice of at least three colours.

The Betty Barclay sports range, designed for a younger market, comprises three ophthalmic and three sunglass models, displaying bright colours for a more casual look.

The ranges come complete with branded countercards, posters, logo blocks and displays.
