BIB reaches new quality standard

BIB Ophthalmic Instruments has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard.

Tim Baker, CEO of the company, said: ‘We are very proud to have achieved this quality management standard.

‘We set out to achieve ISO 9001 not only to improve our own internal procedures, our company culture and improve our staff’s professionalism but importantly to achieve greater customer satisfaction which is our ultimate goal.’
