Maxine Green, Andrew Webb and Anthony John will be responsible for business and brand development, driving marketing initiatives and growing relationships with customers in each sector.
Maxine Green has been promoted from sales director to commercial director of visioncare. Ms Green will be supported by Mike Riley, who has been promoted to national sales manager, visioncare.
Anthony John, now commercial director of pharmaceuticals, was marketing director. He worked for pharmaceutical companies Bayer, Novartis and Pharmacia before joining the company when it acquired Chauvin in 1998. The pharmaceutical portfolio includes the Minims brand and new UK launch of Ocuvite PreserVision.
Andrew Webb transfers from B& L's European headquarters to take the position as commercial director for the surgical division, which includes the cataract, vitreo retinal and refractive businesses. His previous role was European marketing director for the cataract portfolio across the EMEA region.
Jonathan Barlow, refractive business manager, and Alan McKirdy, cataract sales manager, will continue in their positions and report to Mr Webb.

Bausch and Lomb UK has appointed three new commercial directors to lead the development of its core business areas of visioncare, surgical and pharmaceutical.
