Black & Lizars Optometrists released a video, calling on the ophthalmology sector to provide eye care and medical donations to Ukraine hospitals.
The video, posted on Facebook, demonstrated Black & Lizars' charitable efforts as part of the Ukraine rescue operation Breaking the Chains.
Volunteers travelled to Ukraine hospitals in Chernivtsi and Zhytomyr on December 11, 2022, to deliver vital ophthalmology and medical supplies, including optometry equipment, a 40kva generator, clothing, torches, eye care supplies, and wheelchairs.
