Black & Lizars rewards long-serving practice manager

Black & Lizars has rewarded the manager of its Kilgours practice in Troon after she reached 20 years of service there.

Alison Bargh has been with the practice since it founded, and since it was acquired by the independent chain in 2013.

‘I am Troon born and bred and actually used to live on Templehill, just three minutes’ walk from the practice, so I know the area very well,’ she said.

‘Over the last twenty years the advances in technology and sheer range of frames has been vast but I still get the same sense of achievement when fitting a child with their first set of glasses and seeing the difference it makes to their world.’
