Blackfin: Colourful characteristics

New spring/summer styles for 2022 have been added to Blackfin’s Aura collection of frames, which the company said were thinner than ever. Blackfin commented that styles struck a balance of elegance, engineering and colour in a functional design.

Models included the unisex Clear Lake, pictured, which has rounded contours and a double bridge with blue, magenta, optic white, green and antique grey colour options available.

The Montauk frame has a square shape and bolder lines than Clear Lake, while both styles have transparent, gradient fronts paired with titanium. Blackfin’s Aura collection is hypoallergenic, 100% bio-compatible and nickel-free, as well as featuring tilting nose pads in medical-grade PVC.
