Bollé cuts 35% of product CO2 emissions by 2027

Bollé Brands Group has outlined its environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy to improve sustainable business practices, with a focus on products, packaging and company culture. 

Bollé established a roadmap to reduce the carbon footprint of the lifecycle of its products, cutting CO2 emissions by 35% by 2027, with 50% of its products eco-designed by 2025, rising to 90% by 2027, as well as 100% of packaging made eco-friendly by 2025. 

Social impact improvements included: a new code of conduct signed by all strategic suppliers to ensure ethical labor practices and shared ESG practices; a renewed responsibility for employee diversity and inclusion, with 40% female representation at all levels of the business; and an aim to achieve B Corp certification by 2024.
