Bookings are open for the BCLA’s new Pioneers & Visionaries Conference to be held on November 17 (11am-7.00pm) at the Royal College of Physicians, London.
The new members-only conference was described by the BCLA as featuring an exhibition and programme of presentations, including event sponsor updates on industry products and five CET points applied for.
Cheryl Donnelly, BCLA CEO said the annual event would present current and new thinking on key topics of relevance to everyday contact lens practice in a lighthearted yet thought-provoking atmosphere.
She added that as well as the 2014 Pioneers Lecture by Professor Harminder Dua on Descemet’s layer, Alistair Bridge from the GOC would give an update on the latest progress being made on tackling illegal contact lens supply.
