British eyewear brand Booth & Bruce is now under new ownership.
Optometrists Peter Sunderland and Richard Peck purchased the company and associated licences from founders Peter Booth and Jeremy Setton last month on learning it was to be put up for sale. Sunderland and Peck own Framed Opticians, with practices in London and Manchester. ‘I contacted Peter and said it was a brand that we love and that sold really well. We had been long time stockists and didn’t want to see the Booth & Bruce brand disappear,’ said Sunderland.
The new owners insisted that it would be very much business as normal for the brand. UK sales rep Paul Soper would stay with the company and the website would be relaunched.
