Boots boss sparks war of words with comments on Labour 'catastrophe'

Billionaire Boots boss Stefano Pessina was at the centre of a political storm this week after  an interview with the Sunday Telegraph quoted him as saying a Labour election victory would be a catastrophe. Labour frontbenchers reacted with a personal and vitriolic attack on the Monaco-based Pessina which was then countered by support for Pessina from business leaders.
