Bowden and Lowe store birthday

Bowden and Lowe Opticians in Gillingham, Kent, recently celebrated its fifth birthday with the grand opening of a newly refitted practice.

The reception, dispensing areas and consulting room all received a makeover prior to the event, which was attended by MP for Gillingham, Rehman Chishti, pictured left with practice partner Tim Bowden.

The day included a prize raffle, in which Karen Willing won a pair of Zeiss PhotoFusion photochromic lenses. The manufacturer claimed that the new lenses darkened up to 20 per cent quicker and faded twice as fast when compared with existing Zeiss photochromic lenses.
