B+L sees the bigger picture

Bausch+Lomb has become the sponsor of the Multiple Practice of the Year category at the 2014 Optician Awards.

The Multiple Practice of the Year Award sponsored by Bausch+Lomb will seek to reward a practice from an optical chain that has taken ?big is beautiful? as their motto and one that has demonstrated eye care excellence on a big scale. The judges will also want to see evidence of the clinical, commercial and community success of the store, evidence of big team working and how the practice has turned being part of a group to its advantage.

Dimosthenis Trilivas, business management and development director for vision care in the UK & Ireland, said B+L had been innovating in eye care since 1853 and now operated in 100 countries worldwide. He said that innovation continued with products such as PureVision 2 for Presbyopia and Biotrue ONEday.
